Hi, This is more suitable for Router, & Wood Engraving, but since I cannot find anything like that on this forum, I am placing these photos here.
This is a NEW product line for me,- ( although have done a bit here & there over past years, but nothing like this ),- Custom-Made Wooden Signs and Designs, such as,- House name boards; Bar Signs, Collectable Coffee table tops, even Shop Signs,- using genuine Timber, ( lumber in USA / Canada ).
Currently I am averaging about three orders per week, via my website advertising, and the good old-fashioned," Word-of-Mouth," recommendation, plus numerous phone, & email enquiries from all over Australia, - which explains why I haven't been on this site for a few weeks !!!!! ( If I could work 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week,- I'd catch up )

Reply to Stack CuttingI had considered useing a hot glue gun but I like to be able to reuse some of the bigger waste pieces. Also when I use brads and they extend through the bottom piece I am always carefull to take a small hammer and tap the points back up flush with the bottom piece so I do not scratch the table.
