That's one of those questions that's hard to answer. You might consider yourself a beginner and others would consider you an expert. When you feel you have the confidence to move up in difficulty, you have advanced to the intermediate or advanced level. You're question asks about woodworking which covers a broad range. Some people are experts with a scrollsaw and beginners on a lathe and vice versa. Probably the easiest defination would be that if people want to buy your projects, you are no longer a beginner.
Below are pictures of the first and second projects my boss did on my scrollsaw. She does have her Masters degree in Art, but had never used a scrollsaw before. I had her do the first lesson in The Scrollsaw Workbook and she went to these: The cross was her first. I couldn't rotate it and resize it without losing the quality.

There's a fine line between woodworking and insanity, I'm just not sure which side of the line I'm on!

your right woodworking does cover alot more range of things than I was thinking lol . Well I havent sold anything as of yet but I havent really tried to either, still trying to figure out the pricing, but I have moved a few steps up in doing the more difficult projects . both of those are very nice work and very well done .

      Thank you for the help

So many are selling them here it’s not worth us making them. However, we do very well with our dough boards. Nobody else makes them. We have an order for a dough board and matching pepper grinder. The walnut board I could make into a beautiful basket or two and sell for lots more than they are getting...

I did forget to mention he cut a finger on his left hand with the bandsaw. Just took skin off. Lucky again. Told him he was calling 911 next time.

Jim, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the left you’ll find some style options that change the font size and color. I’ve been using Defalt vB5 Style, and it seems to be about the best for my iPad, but I’m still experimenting with my iMac.
