    does anyone have problems sawing the chess sets he does not leave much
    room especially at the fold on the block open for suggestions

    Well, It seems to me you can either increase the size of the blank or slightly decrease the size of the pattern. Most printers will allow you to increase or decrease the size of you printing job.

      Excellent work Eugene! I've bought a few plates from Goodwill, but haven't cut them yet. I also buy almost any wood item that I can get some wood out of for cutting. i.e. coasters, tissue boxes, trays, etc.
