When you recut that, use a pencil and draw a line from where the horse's jaw connects to the neck, straight up. That is the line to follow. It is normal for the amount of "face" to vary, and I have had some very narrow faced knights. If it is consistently narrow, then back off on the angle to 25 or 20 degrees.-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
