Re: Screen Names
Hi Dale!
Thanks for the feedback. I finally found the "Display Name" you were talking about. You should be able to see it now in your "user cp". This field was included when we imported from the old board to the new. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to give users the options on whether they would like to display their user name or screen name at this. I will research the possibilities of some custom programming to allow this feature sometime in 2005. In the meaintime if you would like to change your user name to something more befitting of yourself please send me a request.

Guest repliedI just checked again and it is gone?!? It was under Edit profile in the User CP and the option was "Display Name" not "Screen Name." I noticed it primarily because I went to add my display name to my profile again, assuming it was not kept during the transition. But it was already there, so???? But now it is gone along with the option to create a Display name.

Re: Screen Names
For some reason I thought I saw this but I can't find it. I look under the User CP and can't see it. In addition, I went through the manual which is the size of the NYC Yellow pages and Can't find. Can you give me more details so I can research further...

Screen Names
I see in the user CP that you can still create a screen name. Will you be reinstating that function in this board? The reason I ask my username "missioni" is meaningless to all but me. And showing our Screen anme "Dale and Tamara Woodard" though meaningless to some people does better describe who wrote the post.

Reply to Frustratedby NC ScrollerI am guessing that your clamps have probably spread due to usage. I am not aware of any aftermarket clamps that fit your saw. Did you look at ereplacementparts.com to see if they sell clamps for your model? Sorry I could not be of more help.
