If after doing all that you get a message about the picture being to large use any photo editor and crop it to eliminate as much of the extra photo as possible. If that still does not work send me a PM and I will have you send me the picture.

Those old links are broken. It would take too much time to repair them all. They pointed to where they were stored on the old site.

When they did the major software upgrade it broke a lot of the old stuff. Maybe Bob Duncan will chime in but I think those old photos are lost forever. SAD....

Dr. Bob, (in the Netherlands) I clicked on the old link and had the same results, however, I sure did enjoy reading the old posts and seeing names that seem to have disappeared from being active forum members. Dr. Bob
I wanted to look at some photo's in an old thread (2012, by JohnB, https://forum.scrollsawer.com/forum/...hat-pulls-them), but when I click on the links for the photo's all I can see is a white screen. The links are blue lines of text.

When I look at a new thread the link is a small photo,...

You are correct there is a "timer". No we can't modify it for you as mods. Sorry.

There was an earlier post that there is a "timer" in the software that governs editing. BobD can edit that function. Don't know if it is specific to the post or to the person.
Not sure if the moderators have that option.

Hmmm - I hadn't noticed that - so I went back and looked at some of my first original posts and it seems you are right - there is no "Edit" button there on my older posts. Never seen that before. One forum I am on, if there are no replies for a while it sort of gets "archived"...
